The 31 Brigade Branch is a sub-set of the CIA and covers Those serving in Infantry Regiments, Headquarters, training centers and other postings within 4 Division as well as former serving Infanteers living in the Branch area along with those who are CIA members of the Associate membership category.

The Branch is led by an Executive Team who are elected by the Branch members to serve local needs, be the CIA's local voice and visibility, serve as grass roots advisors, and foster the national, CIA's, Purposes, and strategic mission.
